Overview

Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection procedures, and workmanship requirements for upholstered furniture.
Manage and support QC Leaders and QC Inspectors at supplier factories to ensure consistent quality control implementation.
Monitor supplier quality performance, analyze quality data and defect trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct supplier quality audits and work closely with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
Review quality reports, monitor production quality status, and escalate critical quality issues when necessary.
Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, and Compliance teams to resolve quality issues and support new product launches.
Prepare quality reports and provide regular updates on supplier quality performance to management.
Work closely with developers, engineers, and other teams to identify and resolve quality problems.
