Overview

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow) and assist with budget forecasting.
Ledger & Reconciliations: Manage general ledger entries, perform monthly bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
A/P & A/R: Oversee Accounts Payable (vendor payments, Tax payment, others payment) and Accounts Receivable (invoicing and collections).
Payroll Processing: Administer end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating wages, tax withholdings, and deductions.
Tax & Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and provide documentation for internal or external audits.
Frequent meeting with the US accounting team (US working hours) to report & verify transactions & reporting
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Support hiring process, from posting job descriptions to coordinating interviews and new-hire onboarding.
HR Policies & Compliance: Maintain employee records, update company handbooks, and ensure operations comply with employment laws.
Office Administration: Supervise day-to-day facility operations, vendor management, and procurement of office supplies.
