Conduct On-Site Inspections: Visit factories to check products based on quality standards and inspection protocols provided.
Test Products: Use factory equipment to test products according to their specific performance and features.
Monitor Production: Check factory production schedules to help ensure orders are delivered on time.
Report Findings: Clearly and timely communicate inspection results and suggest practical solutions for any quality problems to our merchandising teams.
Problem Solve: Identify potential quality risks or delays during inspections and suggest ways to prevent them.
Collaborate: Work closely with manufacturers and internal DPS teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
Learn & Follow Procedures: Understand and follow DPS and TSC guidelines, procedures, and workflows.
