Overview

Providing legal advice on a broad range of matters (including corporate and operational matters), covering Personal Financial Services, Digital Bank, HR, Data Protection, Supporting Functions, Company Secretary, or others as assigned by Country Head of Legal.
Drafting, reviewing and hands-on negotiation of diverse commercial documents and agreements with local and global parties.
Assisting Country Head of Legal to draft legal policies and guidelines.
Assisting Country Head of Legal to provide legal solutions on Group-related matters and projects.
Advising on disputes and resolution as assigned.
Advising the business on legal issues impacting the business.
Providing update on law development to protect the Bank from legislative risk.
