Overview

Take full responsibility for finance, accounting, and tax functions of the company
Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank, fixed assets, inventory
Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and financial reporting
Prepare financial statements and report to management / regional team
Monitor cash flow and manage company funding
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Review and control all payments, invoices, and accounting entries
Ensure compliance with VAS and group reporting requirements
Take ownership of all tax matters: VAT, CIT, PIT,WHT…
Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory reports
Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors
Handle audits and resolve audit findings
Ensure full compliance with local regulations
Oversee HR and administrative functions of the company
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Prepare labor contracts and ensure compliance with labor law
Coordinate payroll, social insurance, and PIT for employees
Manage office administration: supplies, vendors, contracts, and services
Handle company licenses, legal documents, and corporate filings
Liaise with external parties (banks, authorities, service providers, etc.)
Establish and improve internal control systems
Develop and optimize accounting, HR, and admin processes
Ensure proper documentation and audit trail
Identify risks and propose improvements to management
