Overview
- This role keeps the data behind our sourcing and purchasing clean, accurate, and actionable. You'll turn supplier data into structured information, identify profitable products, and operate the tools and automations that support buying decisions across our retail and wholesale operations
- Process and structure data: Clean, format, filter, sort, and standardize supplier price lists: accurate data, calculations, formulas
- Screen sourcing opportunities: Analyze supplier price lists, perform COG and margin checks, and identify profitable products for the Product Sourcing team
- Prepare bulk listing files: Build and validate Amazon flat files to support efficient product uploads.
- Operate automation tools: Run, troubleshoot, and optimize the scripts and automation tools developed by the IT team.
- Support the database: Import, export, and maintain data while working with the IT team to improve system usage and data quality, and reporting dashboards
- Keep sourcing moving: Coordinate with the Product Sourcing team and stakeholders, to keep sourcing activities on schedule.
