Overview
- Work with clients to understand and manage their expectations
- Defines project scope, timeline, and deliverables, breaks down work into manageable tasks
- Facilitates collaboration between developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Organizes meetings, standups, and progress reports follow Agile/Scrum methodology
- Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Develops mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Implement best practices for process improvements and team efficiency.
- Your Skills and Experience
- From 3 years of experience in software outsourcing project management
- Solid knowledge of with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools in daily work
- Prior experience as a Software Developer/Business Analyst/Product Owner/Quality Control is a plus
- Preferably PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, or PSM certified
