Overview
- To handle import/export ocean freight shipments
- Communicate with customers, shipping lines, coloaders, vendors/trucking companies, partners to handle smoothly (such as get cargo details/update shipment status, arrange booking, collection/delivery, send pre-alert documents ...)
- Prepare invoices and send to customer.
- Check bills and enter in our ERP system.
- Work closely with sales team.
