Overview
- Working location: Helios Building, Quality Tech Solution Complex, Trung My Tay Ward (formerly District 12)
- Working time: Monday - Friday. Split shift: 8:00 - 12:00 (ONSITE) then 20:00 - 00:00 (WFH)
- Set up clients with new Trading Partners via a portal.
- Gather information from new trading partners.
- Build/Maintain Trading Partner records
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure the target go-live date for the customer is met
- Participate in problem solving activities and escalate issues to relevant teams
- Report to team management as well as involved project coordinators
