Overview

Check Bill of Material and call out if any.
Create/update the Order Status number for each season on system.
Work with supplier to get price, ETD, CAD, test sample.
Make and issue official PO sheet for fabric or accessory on system, then send to each supplier.
Work with supplier again if any fabric/accessory shortage, defect, fixing charge.
As confirmed PI from supplier, need to check on the payment terms accordingly
Request to open L/C Application.
Request to settle the payment before shipment.
Make shipping instruction based on D/D from PI, as well as make a decision for ship mode.
Cooperate with import - export team regarding shipping doc.
