Overview
- Follow construction safety standards (TCVN) and basic LEED Gold requirements (e.g., dust control, waste sorting).
- Check safety method statements and PTW from Sub-contractors, then submit to the Consultant for approval.
- Supervise daily site safety, identify hazards, and ensure workers follow safety rules.
- Make HSE documents (daily/weekly reports, inspection forms) and submit them to the Consultant.
- Conduct basic safety training and toolbox talks for site workers.
- Coordinate with Civil & M&E teams to ensure a safe working environment.
- Join site inspections with the Consultant/Owner and make defect lists for safety improvement.
