Overview

As a Data Processing Analyst working in the offshore evening shift, you will play a crucial role in supporting our US Client’s Operation team and enhancing our service to U.S.-based producers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Review incoming submissions to ensure completeness and readiness.
Verify that submissions have not been received from other producers.
Communicate with producers through email, gathering necessary information to complete submissions.
Accurately enter data into our company systems.
Organize and file documents in appropriate system folders.
Assist Underwriters in generating quotes and non-premium bearing endorsements as directed.
Perform additional support duties as assigned by the team.
