Overview
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Ensure reliable and performant production systems through proactive monitoring and tuning.
- Troubleshoot and debug system-level issues in close collaboration with developers.
- Support on-call rotations, handle incidents, and participate in post-mortem analysi.s
- Support system readiness for high-traffic events with capacity planning and auto-scaling.
- Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging infrastructure (Prometheus, Loki, etc.).
- Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks through security audits and automation.
- Maintain access control, automate permissions, and contribute to internal system documentation.
- Your Skills and Experience
- Are you the one?
- 4 years of experience in a relevant DevOps, System Engineer role.
- Hands-on experience operating Linux-based systems (e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Experience with cloud platforms: GCP or AWS.
- Strong Git skills and experience using GitHub or GitLab workflows.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and incident response workflows.
- Comfortable participating in on-call and production support.
- 🧩Nice to Have
- Knowledge of web servers and load balancers: Nginx, HAProxy.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals.
- Proactive mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Interest in database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) is a plus — this role often collaborates closely with DBRE.
