Overview

Handle all administrative matters related to VNM cabin crew at the airport base office, including insurance administration, annual health check arrangements, and other administrative support.
Manage cabin crew personnel data and records, including attendance and rewards/disciplinary actions.
Support the dispatch of the cabin crew.
Be responsible for cabin crew travel document renewals and expense reimbursement claims.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
