Overview
- Serve as a senior strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and Medical departments, ensuring financial insights are embedded into commercial decision-making.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead the financial evaluation of large-scale strategic initiatives, including:
- Develop comprehensive business cases incorporating NPV, IRR, Payback, scenario and sensitivity analyses to ensure alignment with the 2026–2028 corporate strategy.
- Drive ROI analysis for marketing investments, promotional campaigns, medical activation programs, and trade initiatives.
- Partner with commercial leaders to optimize pricing strategy, portfolio mix, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Lead capital allocation assessments to prioritize initiatives that maximize shareholder value and sustainable growth.
- Identify financial risks and growth opportunities across multi-brand operations, providing early warning signals and mitigation strategies.
- Lead the annual budgeting process for the business unit, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and revenue growth targets.
- Develop short-, mid-, and long-term financial plans (3–5 year outlook), integrating market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic priorities.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts, variance analysis (Budget vs Actual vs Forecast vs Prior Year), and present performance insights to senior leadership.
- Provide forward-looking financial projections to support strategic initiatives and operational planning.
- Ensure disciplined cost management while enabling commercial growth in a competitive environment.
- Direct the development of advanced financial models to support scenario planning, profitability optimization, and strategic decision-making.
- Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and management reports for the Board of Directors and C-suite stakeholders.
- Ensure financial transparency, accuracy, and data integrity across multiple brands and business lines.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes through automation and enhanced reporting frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop an FP&A team (minimum 3 years of people management experience required).
- Foster a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen Finance’s role as a proactive strategic partner rather than a transactional reporting function.
- Drive capability building in financial modeling, commercial analysis, and executive communication within the team.
