Overview

Sourcing from multiple media, websites, trade shows (Canton Fair, CIHS, etc.) for new suppliers / new products in VN/ SEA
Organize comparison sheets and additional supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive analysis on product specifications and cost to assist decision makers (Product Development Merchants).
Provide coaching to suppliers during the on boarding process to ensure compliance and documents completion.
Prepare and administer completion of vendor profile, SWOT analysis and factory visit reports.
Maintain existing supplier information, including: contact list, signed SBA, RTV, NDA, Financial and Legal certification, company profile, product photo recap, etc.
Assist in the arrangement of trip itineraries and the arrangement of accommodations including hotel booking and transportation.
Coordinate with SQE, PE, packaging, logistics and IMO departments for key project execution.
Identify risk in delivery, and prepare factory visit plan based on priority, routes easiness and efficiency on Holiday and Halloween factories prior to and during shipping period.
Support OTB and PLR events.
