- Theo dõi công nợ – 40%
- Theo dõi AR theo từng khách hàng/group.
- Cập nhật invoice, payment due date và số tiền đã thu.
- Theo dõi overdue payment.
- Gửi báo cáo công nợ hàng tuần.
- Nhắc Sales follow up khách hàng.
- Đặc biệt theo dõi các group có giá trị lớn/rủi ro cao.
- Monthly Closing – 30%
- Tổng hợp doanh thu từng tháng.
- Tổng hợp cost/profit.
- Đối chiếu số liệu Sales – Operation – Finance.
- Kiểm tra các group đã completed nhưng chưa closing.
- Chuẩn bị monthly closing report gửi Finance/Head Office.
- Đảm bảo số liệu được chốt đúng deadline.
- Data & Reporting – 20%
- Maintain database về turnover, cost, profit, payment.
- Làm báo cáo theo market / Sales / client / destination.
- Theo dõi budget vs actual nếu cần.
- Cung cấp số liệu cho Sales Director và Management.
- Lưu trữ invoice và chứng từ.
- Theo dõi các khoản thanh toán nội bộ.
- Hỗ trợ audit/Finance/Head Office khi cần.
- Phối hợp với ngân hàng/đơn vị dịch vụ kế toán nếu phát sinh.
