Overview

Consult, design, and quote tour packages based on customer needs (Inbound).
Develop sample tour itineraries and arrange services within the tour according to client requirements.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments and suppliers to build tour programs.
Operate and manage all tour services end-to-end, handling any issues that arise during the trip.
Settle costs and payments with suppliers.
Support administrative tasks related to the role.
