Overview
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, BA, Testers, and business users to ensure requirements are met.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training for end-users.
- Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Prepare project/ product reports, status updates, and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, IT governance, and security policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information System or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Strong documentation and presentation skills (BRD, FRD, workflow diagrams, wireframes).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CSM) are an advantage.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Full statutory insurance coverage (BHXH, BHYT) and personal income tax in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
