Be responsible for smooth operation of IT equipments, including computers, printers, scanners, projectors, telephone switchboard, wifi system, cameras and recording machines.
Set up online classrooms via Google platforms, including Google Meet, Google Classroom, Google Mails systems
Maintain database and data storage on server, technical support to LCDF website and SMS marketing
Provide scanning and printing service to support teaching and learning activities.
Install, set up, and maintain basic IT equipment and peripheral devices.
Assist with IT inventory checking, device handover, equipment returns, and equipment tracking.
