Overview

Real Estate Project Accounting
Calculate and manage cost of goods sold for real estate projects, including cost accumulation, unit cost allocation, and COGS recognition at the point of handover.
Handle real estate revenue recognition in accordance with VAS, covering sales contracts, instalment revenue, and deferred revenue management.
Perform project-based cost control, including budget monitoring, cost accruals, contractor payment verification, and capitalized interest allocation.
Tax Compliance & Reporting
Coordinate and support during tax inspections or audits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Audit & Internal Control
Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting and tax data.
Contribute to the review and improvement of financial procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by the General Director or Board of Management.
