  • International Sales & Business Development
  • ● Research international market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • ● Identify market trends and new business opportunities in international markets.
  • ● Plan and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand into new international markets, and drive OEM/ODM/OBM business growth in line with sales targets.
  • ● Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and customer acquisition to negotiation, contract closing, and long-term account development.
  • ● Lead commercial negotiations and act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
  • ● Represent the company at international trade fairs and business events to generate leads and expand business networks.
  • ● Maintain relationships with existing clients by identifying cross-selling, upselling, and new product development opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • ● Build, lead, manage, and develop an international sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • ● Set team objectives, monitor sales performance, and provide coaching and guidance to improve sales effectiveness.
  • ● Support team members in customer acquisition, opportunity development, negotiation, and account management.
  • Sales Performance & Business Execution
  • ● Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and other business objectives.
  • ● Monitor sales pipeline, customer development progress, and business performance.
  • ● Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market updates for management.
  • ● Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, customer projects, orders, and commercial commitments.
