Overview

Develop and execute comprehensive real estate sales strategies; take direct accountability for revenue targets, cash flow, and project sales velocity.
Rigorously track and optimize the entire commercial funnel: CAC → Lead → Conversion → Revenue → ROI. Make data-driven decisions rather than relying on intuition.
Lead the adoption of CRM and AI tools to automate customer care processes, generate creative sales scripts, and maximize team productivity.
Personally recruit, train, and manage an agile, high-performing sales team. Embody the hands-on mindset: "Give this task to me. I will build my team and deliver results," avoiding administrative bloat.
Connect, manage, and effectively activate the network of agencies, sales partners, and external sales forces with maximum speed and aggressiveness.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Flexible, high-variable compensation structure directly tied to performance:
Base Salary: 30,000,000 – 50,000,000 VND/month (Base pay reflects true capability rather than inflated titles).
Monthly KPI Bonus: 20,000,000 – 50,000,000+ VND/month (Evaluated based on actual growth and performance metrics).
Sales Incentive/Commission: Uncapped (Highly attractive revenue bonus/commission structure per project).
