Overview

Review and approve loan agreements, security documents, and credit-related documentation prepared by Maker.
Verify loan disbursement packages and ensure compliance with approved credit facilities, conditions precedent, and internal procedures.
Review executed loan and security documents and ensure accurate record maintenance within the banking system.
Monitor and verify post-disbursement covenants, document deficiencies, and other credit follow-up requirements.
Assign and supervise documentation preparation work among Credit Administration team members.
Review regulatory reports to the Head Office, State Bank of Vietnam, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff on credit documentation, collateral management, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with Business Units, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and external parties to resolve credit administration issues.
Participate in internal audits, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancement projects.
