Handle customer account opening and maintenance, including data input and document verification.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of account documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML).
Perform system data entry and support account-related processing in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate with RM/ARM for account opening information and document clarification.
Support audit requirements by preparing relevant data and documentation.
Handle customer and account-related inquiries within account opening and maintenance scope, and support auditor confirmation processing.
