Overview

Developing and execute sales Strategy to achieve revenue target for Air Cargo product
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Vietnam
Providing the quotation to the Cargo Agent / clients
Build and maintain strong relationship with airlines HDQ and agents
Performing all aspects of sales process and input/output the relevant information in the system
Solving the problem for the Agent/clients
Monitor market trends, competition, and demand to adjust pricing strategies effectively
Analyze market conditions to identify new opportunities or threats
Following up the statement of the clients, the payment schedule and cross-checking with Finance Dept. for the payment
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient services delivery and customer satisfaction
Prepare regular sales report for performance evaluation
