Overview

Manage scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, and performance analysis.
Monitor carrier service quality and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
Receive and process inquiries and bookings from customers and overseas agents.
Handle both export and import sea/air freight operations, including documentation, customer communication, and data input in the system.
Issue and manage shipping documents such as Booking Note, MBL/HBL, AMS/ACI/ E-manifest, Shipping Advice (export), D/O, Arrival Notice (import), Debit Note, and Job Costing,…
Track and monitor shipment status until final delivery at the destination.
Maintain and enhance professional relationships with customers, providing timely support and solutions.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and service providers during shipment handling.
Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Support other sales or service-related tasks as assigned by management.
