Overview
- Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers to meet business requirements.
- Request quotations, conduct cost comparisons, and support commercial negotiations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure stable supply and continuous improvement.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to support sourcing activities and new projects.
- Maintain supplier information, quotations, and sourcing documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and perform other sourcing-related tasks assigned by the manager.
