Overview

● Managing incoming quality control group, optimizing current resource to maximize efficiency (Manpower, equipment...)
● Building measuring methods for the parts (mechanical, EE, packaging...)
● Work with SQ engineer to make fixture for part inspection in house and supplier if need
● Report the results of part quality daily, weekly, monthly.
● Handle part issue in production line with SQ engineer in urgent case.
● Collaborate with production team and technical to improve quality
● Optimize labor to save cost.
