Overview

Adjust, calibrate, and monitor injection machines to control the production quality.
Complete machine process set-up to insure that product can meet the design requirement. Cooperate with and suggest about the production molding process changes
Provide the necessary molding process kill support to other department.
Record , track and complete the IPEC as required after adjusting the technological parameter.
Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental management systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.
Other assigned tasks.
The capability of learning the advances knowledge of molds and injection molding machines.

Ability to evaluate and make necessary adjustments on the injection molding machines to correct quality problems.

Three years molding process work-related experience.
