Overview
- Receive requests for supplies of departments and summarize them to the purchasing department. (Tiếp nhận yêu cầu cung ứng vật tư từ các bộ phận và tổng hợp gửi cho bộ phận thu mua.)
- Carry out daily import and export of materials for internal company and customers (Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ nhập, xuất vật tư hàng ngày phục vụ nhu cầu nội bộ công ty và khách hàng.)
- Make sure the actual import and export data must match the data in the report.(Đảm bảo số liệu nhập, xuất thực tế khớp với số liệu trên báo cáo)
- Complete daily import and export reports of materials into the ERP system and store them ( Hoàn tất báo cáo nhập, xuất vật tư hàng ngày trên hệ thống ERP và lưu trữ dữ liệu.)
- Operating, arranging neatly the storage area for materials according to regulations 5s (Vận hành và sắp xếp khu vực kho vật tư gọn gàng, ngăn nắp theo quy định 5S)
- Comply with the assignment, arrangement and administration of the Deputy Head of Melamine warehouse.(Tuân thủ sự phân công, sắp xếp và chỉ đạo của Phó quản lý kho )
- May be required to work overtime or go on a business trip as business requirements.(Có thể được yêu cầu làm thêm giờ hoặc đi công tác tùy theo nhu cầu công việc)
- The Production Manager or the Board of Directors can assign other jobs.(Thực hiện các công việc khác do Quản lý sản xuất hoặc Ban Giám đốc phân công)
