Overview
- Chủ trì và triển khai các dự án cải tiến liên tục về an toàn, Chất lượng, Chi phí, Năng suất và Giao hàng.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận triển khai Lean, Kaizen và các công cụ cải tiến trong toàn công ty.
- Dẫn dắt giải quyết vấn đề và phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ, đề xuất và triển khai giải pháp cải tiến.
- Xây dựng, cải tiến quy trình, tiêu chuẩn và phương pháp làm việc, đảm bảo duy trì hiệu quả sau cải tiến.
- Quản lý dự án, ghi chép, kiểm soát chi phí và trình bày các cập nhật và kết quả của các dự án cải tiến và các hoạt động liên quan.
- Đào tạo và phát triển nhân viên về Kaizen, Lean, giải quyết vấn đề và các công cụ cải tiến.
- Quản lý, theo dõi và báo cáo tiến độ, chi phí, kết quả dự án, đồng thời duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống ISO 9001.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement projects related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, and Delivery.
- Coordinate with departments to deploy Lean, Kaizen, and improvement tools across the company.
- Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis, and propose and implement improvement solutions.
- Develop and improve processes, standards, and working methods, ensuring improvement results are sustained.
- Manage projects, records, and costs, and present updates and results of improvement projects and related activities.
- Train and develop employees on Kaizen, Lean, problem-solving, and improvement tools.
- Manage, monitor, and report project progress, costs, and results, while maintaining and improving the ISO 9001 system.
