  • TỔNG QUAN VỊ TRÍ / POSITION OVERVIEW
  • 1. Quản lý & Điều phối Vận hành Lô hàng / Operational Supervision & Coordination
  • ● Tiếp nhận Shipping Request (S/R) từ Khách hàng; phân công và giám sát đội ngũ vận hành liên hệ Carrier/FWD thu xếp booking phù hợp.
  • ● Chỉ đạo và kiểm duyệt việc chuẩn bị bộ chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu (Invoice, Packing List, Manifest, C/O, Fumigation Cert, Insurance Cert...).
  • ● Giám sát việc gửi SI (Shipping Instruction) & SOLAS VGM cho Hãng tàu/FWD để phát hành MBL, HBL đúng tiến độ và chính xác.
  • ● Kiểm soát việc gửi Pre-alert cho đại lý tại điểm đến (Destination Agent) và theo dõi Proof of Delivery (POD) đối với các lô hàng trọng điểm.
  • ● Receive Shipping Requests (S/R) from Customers; assign and supervise team members in contacting Carriers/Forwarders for booking arrangements.
  • ● Oversee and verify import/export documentation preparations (Invoice, Packing List, Manifest, C/O, Fumigation Cert, Insurance Cert, etc.).
  • ● Supervise the submission of S/I & SOLAS VGM to Carriers/Forwarders for timely and accurate issuance of MBL and HBL.
  • ● Control pre-alert distributions to destination agents and track Proof of Delivery (POD) for key shipments.
  • 2. Xử lý Sự cố & Quản lý Chi phí / Dispute Resolution & Financial Control
  • ● Chủ động xử lý tất cả các vấn đề phát sinh phức tạp về B/L (tu chỉnh B/L, sửa đổi chứng từ, phát hành lại B/L), thủ tục hải quan, lưu kho bãi (Dem/Det), kiểm dịch hoặc tranh chấp với hãng tàu/khách hàng.
  • ● Quản lý và kiểm duyệt nhập liệu giá mua/bán (Buying/Selling rate), đảm bảo tính chính xác và hoàn tất báo cáo Lãi/Lỗ (Profit/Loss report).
  • ● Đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của các đối tác vận tải, hãng tàu, đại lý để tối ưu hóa chi phí và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.
  • ● Directly resolve complex operational issues regarding B/L (corrections, amendments, re-issuance), customs clearance, Demurrage/Detention, inspections, or disputes with carriers/customers.
  • ● Oversee buying/selling rate entries, ensure data accuracy, and approve final Profit/Loss (P/L) reports.
  • ● Evaluate vendor performance (carriers, truckers, agents) to optimize operational costs and service delivery.
  • 3. Quản lý Đội ngũ & Báo cáo / Team Leadership & Reporting
  • ● Phân công công việc, đào tạo và hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên vận hành (Ops Staff / Senior Ops).
  • ● Xây dựng, cải tiến quy trình vận hành chuẩn (SOP) nhằm tăng năng suất và giảm thiểu rủi ro vận hành.
  • ● Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ và hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ đạo của Quản lý trực tiếp hoặc Ban Giám đốc.
  • ● Assign tasks, train, and mentor Operations Staff and Senior Operations specialists.
  • ● Develop and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to boost efficiency and mitigate operational risks.
  • ● Submit regular management reports and execute additional assignments delegated by direct managers or executive leadership.
