Overview

We are seeking 01 Plumbing & Sanitary Design & Estimation Engineer (Vietnamese National) to join our main office team. This position focuses on creating technical designs for plumbing and sanitary systems and executing quantity take-offs (Estimation) to support bidding and project execution.
System Design: Draft and finalize schematic layouts, detailed engineering designs, and shop drawings for Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) systems using AutoCAD.
Quantity Estimation: Extract material quantities from drawings and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tendering and budgeting.
Design Optimization: Propose cost-effective technical solutions and select appropriate materials that meet project standards.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate with structural and other MEP teams to resolve design conflicts (clash detection) and support sub-contractors when needed.
