Overview

Meeting Interpretation (On-Demand / Scheduled): Attend pre-scheduled project meetings, sprint reviews, requirement-gathering sessions, and status updates to provide accurate interpretation between Korean stakeholders and the local project team.
Requirement Clarification: Help the development team fully understand complex data definitions, layout preferences, and KPI metrics requested by Korean stakeholders for the report building project.
Document & Report Translation: Translate essential project documentation, including BI functional specs, dashboard layout requirements, data definitions, and regular progress reports (English/Vietnamese ↔ Korean).
Communication Bridge: Facilitate clear, prompt communication and clarify any technical ambiguities regarding report metrics or data structures requested by Korean stakeholders.
Quality & Terminology Assurance: Ensure accurate translation of IT, database, and BI terminology (e.g., data warehouse, ETL, dashboards, SQL queries, visualizations) to prevent miscommunication during development.
