Overview

  • The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing and managing the Sales Finance partner ecosystem to achieve assigned business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
  • The job holder is expected to independently identify and acquire new retail partners, establish long-term strategic relationships, and maximize partner productivity through continuous coaching, business planning, and performance management.
  • The KAM acts as the primary business representative between SVFC and retail partners, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies, product implementation, market expansion, and partner engagement.
  • This role requires a highly self-driven individual with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills, deep understanding of consumer finance products, and the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities.
  • Partnership Development & Network Expansion (40%)
  • Identify, approach and acquire new strategic partners to expand SVFC's retail distribution network.
  • Develop and execute regional partner acquisition plans to achieve assigned expansion targets.
  • Build long-term business relationships with partner management and key decision makers.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate business terms and coordinate partner onboarding.
  • Continuously identify new industries, retail formats and business opportunities for Sales Finance expansion.
  • Develop annual business plans with key partners to maximize mutual business growth.
  • Partner Performance Management (40%)
  • Be responsible and deliver assigned booking loan, booking volume and booking quality targets.
  • Monitor partner productivity and sales performance through regular business reviews.
  • Analyze sales pipeline, conversion rate and portfolio quality to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop action plans with partners to improve productivity and customer acquisition.
  • Execute sales campaigns, incentive programs and business activation initiatives.
  • Partner Capability Development (10%)
  • Conduct product training and sales coaching for partner staff.
  • Ensure partner staff fully understand SVFC products, credit policies and digital application process.
  • Provide continuous coaching to improve selling capability and customer experience.
  • Develop best practices and sales playbooks for partner sales teams.
  • Support partners during new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence & Business Development (10%)
  • Monitor competitor products, campaigns and market practices.
  • Collect partner feedback and customer insights.
  • Identify product gaps and recommend enhancements to improve competitiveness.
  • Analyze industry trends and emerging retail channels.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve overall business performance
