Overview

The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned projects which has a
beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
Project
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and at the required level of
quality.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility.
Coordinate with User and Technical team to prepare request for proposal, evaluate vendor's solution
Ensure resource (time, money, equipment, etc.) availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure projects are followed company’s standard, policies.
Process
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage the relationship with all internal stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
Report and escalate to management if needed.
