Overview

Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company's objectives.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Build and manage project schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire Project lifecycle.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Identify, track, manage, prevent and resolve any project issues that may occur.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Work directly with customers from Vietnam, Korea, and other countries.
Participate in the recruiting, training and development of project staff.
May perform additional tasks assigned by the manager/ BOD to ensure smooth project completion.
Report to: Division Manager/ Head of Department.
Manage team size 05-30 members.
Your Skills and Experience

At least 5 years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager in an IT company.
Bachelor’s degree.
Background in Back-end development.
Candidates aged 35 or below are preferred
Required Skills
Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management.
Excellent understanding of Software Development lifecycle.
Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create teamwork oriented environment, etc.
Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude.
Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely).
Experienced in development skills and able to review and supervise development team.
Preferred Skills
PMP Certificate or equivalent.
Experience with business in Finance, Payment, Banking.
Experience with clients and customers from Korea.
