Overview

Handle transactions for customers, including cash deposits/withdrawals, card payments.
Follow the bank procedure to count, reconcile and manage all the fund.
Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.
Work with other customer service officer as a team to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being, and supporting management as needed.
Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile.
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
College degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field.
Honest, careful, highly responsible; good health.
Good sense of numbers.
Cash handling experience.
Excellent communication, and time-management skills.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork.
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
