Communicating with buyers and factories for new orders, techpack, sampling package...
Liaise with sample room, cad room, warehouse.
Planning new season sampling and production orders.
Collecting of garment samples, trims and different types of swatches from the vendors.
Updating latest comments and update worksheet.
Follow up material balance sheet (include local and imported material)
Follow up production and delivery schedule
Monitoring shipping, marketing samples and send to buyers.
Send shipping plan to logistics team.
Handle quality issues for sampling as well as production.
Booking 3rd Party inspection (if any).
