Overview

Develop and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, cost, and service levels.
Identify and implement supply chain improvements aligned with business growth objectives.
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives for OEMs to eliminate waste, improve quality, and increase throughput.
Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) across OEM manufacturing operations.
Lead and execute supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication strategies.
Ensure adherence to global trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export compliance.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage trade documentation and regulatory changes.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless global operations.
Manage relationships with OEMs, vendors and partners.
Monitor KPIs related to freight costs, Production Plan PPA, lead time, and delivery performance.
Monitor localization plan with CAT and Commodity team.
Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
