Overview
- Facilitates, coordinates and leading the suppliers to improve product quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers and Shark internal departments to achieve 99% FPY and max output at day one of mass production.
- Support quality manager to achieve the objective.
- Works closely with Boston QA/testing team to implement the Product safety, Customer Returns and Customer Experiences initiatives in suppliers’ facility.
