Overview

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Ho Chi Minh City office.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with factories across Vietnam.
Identify and develop new manufacturing partners across relevant product categories.
Oversee merchandising, production follow-up, quality control and logistics activities.
Conduct regular factory visits to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
Support international customers with sourcing, product development and production coordination.
Negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms with suppliers.
Recruit, develop and manage a local team, providing clear direction and regular feedback
Identify growth opportunities with both existing and new customers.
Collaborate closely with our offices in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
