Overview

Provide technical service support to customers via telephone, onsite visits, and other communication channels.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and electronic issues related to:
Frequency inverters
Controllers
3-phase asynchronous motors
Synchronous motors
Perform onsite and remote technical support activities.
Repair and maintain inverters, controllers, motors, and related electronic equipment within the workshop.
Identify technical problems and document solutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in automation, electronics, and drive systems.
Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards during all service activities.
