Overview

Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities across:
Industrial properties (Ready-built factories/warehouses)
Data center developments (hyperscale, wholesale, JV structures)
Other strategic initiatives aligned with platform growth
Conduct market research and track key trends (rental rates, land pricing, demand drivers, etc.)
Support development of investment strategies, entry structures, and market expansion roadmaps
Build and maintain detailed financial models
Perform feasibility studies, valuation, and risk analysis for potential investments
Conduct scenario testing (leasing assumptions, exit multiples, capital structure, etc.)
Prepare investment recommendations and clearly articulate risks and returns
Support end-to-end execution of transactions including:
Due diligence (legal, financial, technical, commercial)
Structuring (JV, lease, development agreements, platform-level partnerships)
Investment Committee (IC) materials and approvals
Coordinate cross-functionally (legal, finance, design, construction, external advisors) to close transactions
Engage with partners (developers, vendors, financial institutions) during negotiations
Work on new verticals or strategic initiatives as directed (e.g., digital infrastructure, utilities-linked assets)
