Overview
- MOD Sales Growth
- Develop and actively drive a strategy to grow the Schindler Modernization business (on-portfolio and off-portfolio) in alignment with Group growth targets
- Identify aging elevator & escalator installed base and customer information to develop sales pipeline
- Establish and maintain external relationships with property management companies, architects, consultants and contractors to stay informed regarding business opportunities and market trends.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with Schindler Service Leaders,Branch managers and project fulfilment team, in order to facilitate the successful growth and execution of the modernisation business.
- Enhance data-driven sales activity management, coach and develop sales representatives to close deals.
- MOD Products
- Be knowledgeable in all modernisation products and apply the right solutions to attain customer satisfaction and profitability objectives.
- Analyse customer needs and competitor offerings in order to assist in defining new product requirements.
- Process and profit
- Develop & maintain proper process, ensure process compliance
- Be knowledgeable in costing process to ensure a proper and profitable offering.
- Coordinate with Project Managers for cost review to have a gap analysis and take appropriate corrective action.

- To drive and develop safety behaviour and culture across Schindler Vietnam in accordance with Safety Management System, legal requirements, Schindler Global safety Fundamental and Initiatives
- To report all Unsafe Event and Incidents according to Schindler Safe Working Procedure (SOP) and legal requirements
- To lead by example and be safety role model in responsible areas and/or Team
- To ensure fulfill all defined safety target and site safety execution (if any).
- Code of Conduct (CoC)
- Strict Compliance with Group CoC Rules
- To ensure that all job-related activities and behaviours are in compliance with the Group CoC guidelines and in accordance with the local laws
- To actively report any violation or potential violation to the Management.
