Specific Accountabilities
Customs Operations
Checking compliance in terms of customs declaration via VNACCS System.
Collaborate with customers on daily basis to check and verify the shipping docs for customs clearance
Declare customs via VNACCS system.
Follow Customs clearance process with vendor.
Ensure compliance with country subcontractor management policies and procedures.
Support operation tasks.
Other tasks are assigned by higher level.

Customs knowledge/expertise and operational skills.
Good English communication skills is prefered. (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Excel, word computer skills.
Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders.
University graduate major in foreign trade or relevant fields.
English & Vietnamese communication skills
