Overview
- Report to Warehouse Leader
- Báo cáo cho Thủ trưởng kho
- Maintain health, safety and environment standards in the warehouse in compliance with LSP's HSE procedures, policies and Government's regulations
- Duy trì các tiêu chuẩn về sức khỏe, an toàn và môi trường trong kho tuân thủ các thủ tục, chính sách HSE của LSP và các quy định của Chính phủ
- Monitor the compliance of the HSE standards and regulations to maintain safety workplace in the warehouse
- Giám sát việc tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn và quy định của HSE để duy trì nơi làm việc an toàn trong kho
- Create Safety Action Plan, HSE Procedures for warehouse
- Lập Kế hoạch Hành động An toàn, Quy trình HSE cho kho hàng
- Keep on updating & regularly inspecting for warehouse facility, safety equipment using in the warehouse
- Cập nhật & thường xuyên kiểm tra cơ sở vật chất kho, thiết bị an toàn sử dụng trong kho
- Perform daily safety patrol and observe unsafe action and unsafe condition in the warehouse
- Thực hiện tuần tra an toàn hàng ngày và quan sát các hành động mất an toàn và tình trạng mất an toàn trong kho
- Proactive conducts audit for compliance with established procedures
- Chủ động tiến hành kiểm toán việc tuân thủ các thủ tục đã thiết lập
- Perform the warehouse accident and incident investigations and monitoring of implementation of corrective actions including report and records (analyse root causes, IA, CA, PA)
- Thực hiện điều tra tai nạn và sự cố tại nạn và giám sát việc thực hiện các hành động khắc phục bao gồm báo cáo và hồ sơ lưu trữ (phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ, IA, CA, PA)
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures in the warehouse
- Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro và thực thi các biện pháp phòng ngừa trong kho
- Organize HSE training to contractor's manpower
- Tổ chức đào tạo HSE cho nhân lực của nhà thầu
- Work as a HSE Advisor to provide solutions and improvements in HSE for Warehouse safety operation
- Làm Cố vấn HSE để đưa ra các giải pháp và cải tiến trong HSE cho hoạt động an toàn kho hàng
- To be a part of Emergency Response Team
- Là thành viên của Nhóm Ứng cứu Khẩn cấp
- Perform other admin tasks as assigned
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ thác được giao
