Overview

Manage end-to-end shipment execution from booking to file closure.
Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors, trucking and customs teams to ensure smooth import/export operations.
Optimise booking, routing and operational performance.
Prepare and validate shipping documentation (issue HBL to the customer, submit SI/VGM/... to the carrier) and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and timely system updates, reports and data quality.
Monitor shipment milestones, manage operational exceptions and provide proactive customer communication.
Drive service recovery and continuous service improvement.
Perform cost booking, support invoicing and resolve billing discrepancies
Control operational costs and support profitability.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Share knowledge, support junior team members and promote operational best practices.
