Overview
- Conduct advisory assignments from client pitching and relationship management through to financial modelling, market studies, feasibility studies and operator selection for hospitality and real estate projects across Vietnam and the region.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of reports, financial figures, conclusions, and development recommendations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients
- Manage communications with clients, partners, and industry connectors.
- Consult with, and present to, clients on project viability.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Any other specific task as assigned by the Senior Director.
